Advisory Council (CAC) of Santiago City.

I will live up to the trust placed in me by the Philippine National Police and
assist the City Police Strategy Management Unit (CPSMU) in the exercise of their
functions in the realization of the PNP’s vision to become a highly capable, effective,
and credible police service working in partnership with a responsive community
towards the attainment of a safer place to live, and do business.
