The Pampanga Criminal Investigation and Detection Group is committed to a vision of a

dynamic responsible and well-equipped primary investigative arm of the Philippine National
Police manned by the best qualified and highly motivated professionals in search of truth and
justice. It is mandated to undertake the monitoring and prosecution of all crimes involving
economic sabotage and other crimes of such magnitude and extent as to indicate their
commission by highly-placed professionals or organization; and to investigate all major cases
involving violation of the RPC and to conduct operations against Organized Crime Group, unless
the president assigns the case to the NBI.

Time and again, Pampanga Criminal Investigation and Detection Team has adhered to the
foregoing vision and mission and has been successful in carrying them out along with the
unending support of the government officials like you and the different communities of
Pampanga in general whom we ought to serve and protect.

By the implementation of the PNP Integrated Transformation Program, serving as the Road Map
for long- lasting reforms in the PNP Organization viz a viz the growing economy and population
it was proposed that Pampanga Criminal Investigation and Detection Team be divided into Two
(2). As proposed by Angeles City Mayor Edgardo “Ed” Pamintuan to Director, CIDG, Atty.
Samuel Pagdilao Jr that a new office to be known as Angeles Criminal Investigation and
Detection Team (AC, CIDT) will cater only Angeles City and will hold office at DPWH/CEO
Compound, San Francisco Street, Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City where Pampanga CIDT is now
presently located.

In view of the impending changes, the undersigned in his capacity as the newly installed
Provincial Officer of Pampanga CIDT, respectfully requests your usual support to provide us a
place where we can hold office within the City of San Fernando, Pampanga preferably at the
Diosdado Macapagal Government Center, Maimpis, San Fernando, Pampanga. In addition, in
performing our mandated task to run after high profile criminals, we are using our respective
private/family vehicles in carrying out these tasks, hence we also request for an unmarked
service vehicle so that we can promptly deliver the most needed Police Service to your
constituents whom we mandated to serve and protect.
