The Local Government Unit of Mansalay will hold its Strategic Planning Training/Workshop on
March 20-24, 2023 at the Eurotel North Edsa, 49 Bulacan, Project 7, Quezon City, Metro Manila. The
proposed seminar-workshop and mentoring support is an initiative of the LGU to re-calibrate its existing
systems, plans and programs to come up with a strategic development plan which will serve as the
blueprint for the proposed Bangon-Bilis Mansalay – Southern International Gateway Project (BBM-SIGP)
-a project brief that will lay the groundwork in establishing Mansalay as a modern hub for international
trade, tourism and leisure in the province.

In this regard, we would like to invite you or any representative from your esteemed office to
join us in the five-day workshop. Your sectoral strategic plan will be a significant input in aligning the
Priorities of the Office of the Mayor with the documentary framework of the BBM-SIGP project. The
workshop shall also present a golden opportunity to create synergy between the LGU and the
municipality’s stakeholders towards the attainment of its vision of a Progressive Mansalay.
