is bedridden at the moment. He is supposed to report for updating last November but
was not able to do so because of his present physical condition.

your available personnel to his residence and take a picture of him as proof.

during the conference with the Acting Director , Deputy Director,
Section Chiefs and PRBU last August 4, 2016.
53. During the conference , we expressed that our office ( PRBU 11 ) is in need of
additional personnel who can help in the delivery of a more effective and efficient
service to our clients.
54. We expressed further that there are two ( 2 ) Non Uniformed Personnel of PRO
11 namely : NUP Juliet S. Fonollera and NUP Stephanie Jane E. Francisco who are
interested to join PRBU. We were instructed to forward their Letter of Intent and Filled
up PDS to admin section for favorable action.
55. Sir, aside from the pensioners I.D., I would like to add in my concerns the GSIS
endorsement which the retirees complained about. In our recent practice, we have to
forward the GSIS application for Old Age Benefits of our retirees for signature to PRBS
before they can process their claims here in Davao City and in order to send back the
signed application the soonest time possible the retiree has to insert another paid reply
envelope where the signed application be placed and be mailed back to them . There
are times that the signed application will not arrive which we have the difficulty to trace.
Could we create a system to ease the burden of our retirees who will be applying for
their GSIS Old Age benefits ?
