ISSUES/CONCERNS RECOMMENDATION
Discrepancies in the PNP records of the deceased a. The retiring PNP personnel, prior to or during his
PNP retirees such as wrong entry of data in the application for retirement may be required to submit
Service Records, and Retirement Orders. PSA documents to RPRMD, such as Certificate of
Live Birth and Certificate of Marriage to ensure
consistency with their records in order to prevent
possible difficulties for the benefit of their surviving
beneficiaries during Transfer of Pension processing.

conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to
ensure the consistency of data of personnel in all PNP
documents, and/or subject to amendments by the
RMD.
