Re : Conducting Free Theoretical Driving Seminar to constituents of the

Municipality of Madridejos

Sir,

Greetings, it has caught our attention that on multiple occasions of conducting

checkpoints and similar security and safety routine procedures that most of the
constituents driving single motorcycle in our municipality are operating without proper
license and documentation from the Land Transportation Office. Several, if not all these
occasions, the individuals we apprehended are voicing their concerns that securing a
license nowadays entails costly and tedious processes which they can barely afford.

In view of the foregoing, the Municipality of Madridejos would like to humbly

request the esteemed Land Transportation Office to conduct a seminar on Theoretical
Driving Course through the newly launched LTO Malasakit Center. It is our belief that
the center is dedicated to the people in need, which in this case include the
constituents of our town.

We look forward to the positive cooperation and partnership with the Land
Transportation Office through the LTO Malasakit Center in our endeavor to help the
constituents of our town.
