The Universal College Foundation of Southeast Asia and the Pacific, Inc. is an
institution of excellence where we develop our youth with good attitude,
humility and respect. We are currently catering flexible education at Zamboanga
City, Lamitan City, Isabela City and Municipality of Sumisip, Basila.

I am writing this letter to seek administrative sanction against MS. JAY

MARIE REVILLA CELESTIAL, who is now included in your lists as
CONTACT TRACER of Zamboanga del Norte or Zamboanga Sibugay, for posting
my photo with malicious intent in which commentaries include an accusation
against me allegedly involved in illegal drugs in Zamboanga Sibugay. The post
was circulated yesterday with several shares, reactions and comments and until
now it is not yet deleted.

I am currently the School Administrator of UCFSAP, Inc. Isabela City and is also
the Marketing Consultant of Biryani By Brocky, a Muslim Cuisine located at Ipil,
Zamboanga Sibugay, in which the same person firstly accused for serving
UNPLEASANT FOOD over social media that gained disturbing attention. It is my
duty to defend the said business establishment against illicit scrutiny and
unfriendly folks. The establishment helped me put foods on my table and
apparently to meet ends, it also provides allowances that I send home to support
my mother, who is right now confined at Sibud County Hospital for medical
attention.
I had a very bad past who found refuge under God Almighty after surviving
depression. My life is an open book to people who knew my past and too
thankful for having landed to a fine job after such fate that most like me ended
in futile.

I was a dismissed police officer who proved that second chances in life depend
on person’s perspective despite adversity and pain. I survived the challenges
and have worked hard in academe with dignity. I am also helping the PNP in all
its programs and activities to help protect our National Security. Last week, the
PRO9 R2 Officers and agents used my residence as shelter while they were
undergoing operation here in Isabela City. And as a citizen, it is my duty to
support the government at all cost.

However, my case that is currently filed at Bulwagan in Dipolog City is

progressing in my favour. The photo submitted thereat by the CIDG was the
one being used by the above mentioned person without consent, purposely to
malign me which made me uncomfortable right now and imperil my present
job.

Attached herewith is the facebook screenshot taken from the account used by
the said person. (see 3rd and 4th page)
