Re: Letter-Inhibition against LEBRON JAMES alias STEPH

Sir:

This pertains to an incident between my son, STEPH, currently the Vice-Mayor of

Auckland, Cleveland, and LEBRON JAMES.

The incident arose when LEBRON JAMES threatened my son, STEPH to a fight on May
13, 2018 at around 10:00 o’clock in the evening in Auckland, Cleveland. The
complainant sought a conciliation proceeding with LEBRON JAMES. However, we
opted to desist from trying the above case on the following grounds:

a. The complainant, STEPH, is a son of Dell Curry;

b. The complainant, STEPH, is honorary official, serving as Adviser of
Auckland, Cleveland;
c. Our Office will be prejudiced if we continue trying the above case; and
d. Our Office should inhibit to avoid partiality, bias and prejudiced in favor
of the complainant for the reasons above.

In view of the foregoing, we respectfully forwarded the above case to your Office for
appropriate action.
