1. Reference: Spot report with CNr: SPPO-DMPS3-08-10-2021dated August

16, 2020.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be inform that on September

22, 2020 at about 10:00 in the morning, PSSg Eduardo Cebu, Gandara MPS
investigator under the supervision of PLT MERVIN JABONETE went to the camp of
87th IB, 8ID, PA, Barangay Lawaan, Paranas, Samar to request for the availability of
the operating troops involve in the incident and documents needed in filing of case
against the CTGs involve in the encounter between government troops and CTG
member on August 16, 2020 at Barangay Pinaplata, Gandara, Samar. That due to an
availability of the operating troops and documents PSSg Eduardo Cebu went back to
87th IB, 8ID, PA, Barangay Lawaan, Paranas, Samar on the following day to give a
formal request for the following;
a. Seizure receipt of firearms recovered during the encounter;
b. Result of examination conducted to the seize explosives;
c. Name of custodial officer in possession of seizes firearms and
explosives;
d. Individual pictures of firearms (serial number should be visible); and
e. Presence of Platoon leader and squad leaders of operating team.
