Dear Judge:

This has reference to the radiographic message we received on August 1, 2020,

from the Provincial Director of Samar Police Provincial Office (ESPPO) wherein we
are directed to submit data and certification of PNP personnel with pending criminal
cases covering the period from July 1, 2016 to July 31, 2020.

After perusal of the records of this office, it has been found that the following criminal
cases are pending before your honorable office:

 PP vs Vicente Caracoso for violation of COMELCE Resolution No.

10432 docketed under Criminal Case No. 37-18-01.

In this regard, may we request certification on the status of the above entitled cases
as compliance report for submission to SPPO.

Attached herewith is the copy of radiographic message from Provincial Director of

SPPO with Citation No. PRO8-ESPPO-PIDMU-08-23-2020 dated August 8, 2020 for
your reference.
