    a. Memorandum from TADO dated August 30, 2019 with the same
    subject above.

    b. Memorandum from PD NOCPPO dated August 31, 2019 with the same
    subject above.

    2. This pertains to the President’s directive during the 2019 State of the
    Nation Address that all local officials are enjoined to exercise their powers essential to
    reclaim the public roads used for private ends and in the process, rid them of illegal
    structures and constructions.

    3. Submitted to that Office, the herein Action Taken on the above subject, to wit:

    a. At about 8:30 am of Oct. 9, 2019 personnel of this station led by PMS


    Jimmy Jaro together under the supervision of PMAJ ROBERT R MANSUETO ACOP
    provided Police Assistance to Enforcement Unit of Cadiz City which conducted clearing
    operation along Cabahug St. Brgy. Zone 1, to Zone 6, Cadiz City.
