1. Reference: Memo received from RIDMD dated July 26, 2016 with
same subject as above.

2. This pertains to the verbal instruction of DRDO during the Oversight

Committee Meeting on July 23, 2018 to direct concerned MPS to submit
explanation with a copy of resolution/order relative to the dismissed cases on
illegal drugs filed before the Prosecutor’s Office or Court.

3. In this regard, you are hereby directed to submit explanation

relative thereto to this office (Attn: C, PIDMB) not later than July 27, 2018.

4. Attached hereto is the list of dismissed cases on illegal drugs by

respective stations.
