TO : All COP/OIC, MPSs

SUBJECT : Conduct of Anti-Illegal Drug Operations and Regular

Assessment Meeting for the Month of April 2024

DATE : April 4, 2024

1. Reference: Memorandum from C, ROD dated March 19, 2024 same

subject as above.

2. This is pertains to the observation of this office on the variance of the

monthly target on Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign in your respective AOR covering the
period from April 1-3, 2024.

3. In this regard, you are reminded to conduct the following;

a. Intensified anti-illegal drugs operations in your respective areas of

responsibility especially on the identified drug affected barangays for the
month of March 2024 with corresponding spot reports either with positive
or negative result to attain the target of 300 operations conducted
monthly;

b. Minimum arrest of 3 drug personalities from reloaded SLI/HVI per week

or equivalent to 12 drug personalities per month;

c. Minimum of 25grams of confiscated illegal drugs (shabu/marijuana) per

week or equivalent to 100 grams per month;

d. Timely encoding of anti-illegal drugs operations conducted in PNP

DRDIGS and POMIS with complete attachments (spot report, progress
report, mug shots and chemistry report) within 12 hours after each
operations; and

e. Conduct of Anti-illegal Drugs Regular Assessment/ Oversight Meeting

per MPS per week and submission of After Activity Report of every Friday
of the week.

4. Submit your actions taken on the monthly target on anti-illegal drugs

operations for the month of March 2024 to this office at email address
