1. Reference: Memorandum from that Office dated February 24, 2020 with subject as
above.

2. In compliance with the above reference, please be informed that thisOffice has not
monitored any alleged corrupt practices by PNP personnel in the application of LTOPF and
Firearms Application for the period from May 29, 2021 to June 3, 2021.

3. However, this office continuously monitors any irregularities on said applications

and immediately informed that office any information obtained.
