SUBJECT : Intensification of Security Measures against Threat Group’s

Plans, Sightings, and Movements

DATE : March 9, 2024

1. Reference: Memorandum from C, ROD dated March 9, 2024 with same

subject as above.

2. This pertains to the set of information where Communist Terrorist Group

(CTG) personalities/members believed to conduct hostile activities such as
bombings, ambuscades, harassments, raids, attacks, burning, hold up/robbery,
extortion, and liquidation targeting government forces, officials, vital installations, and
other vulnerable targets including government informants at any opportune time.

3. In this regard, all Unit Commanders are reminded to undertake

intensified security measures and collaboration efforts with the AFP units within AOR
in order to avert any violent incidents that will be perpetrated by enemy forces.
Ensure that monitored enemy threats are properly disseminated to all PNP
personnel.

4. Further, all Unit Commanders are directed to supervise the

implementation of this directive. Submit result of your actions taken with pictures
(with timestamps and locations) to this office (Attn: POMU) at email address:
