2. This pertains to the establishment and recruitment of informants through I-

DETECT Program of at least two (2) per Zone, Purok, Sitio, Colleges, State
Colleges and Universities.

At about 06:00 PM of November 8, 2022 Intelligence personnel conducted BIN

recruitment/established to one Junel O Mangitngit, 35 years old, married and a
resident of Purok 1A Brgy. Igangon, Davao del Norte. Activity ended at about
06:30PM of same date with no untoward incident.
