a. Command Conference Notice dated June 29, 2021.

2. In view of the above, please be informed that concerned offices/ units were
directed to take care appropriate actions on the following actionable items discussed
during the Command Conference:

Submit Weekly accomplishment on DR System was already implemented. Those who
Delinquency Report to be submitted were given DR were penalized on fatigue duties.
