2. In connection with the above references, submitted below were the actions
taken by this station on the actionable items discussed during the Staff Conference:

Actionable Item Actions Taken

Submit Weekly accomplishment This Police Station issued a memorandum dated
on Delinquency Report to be June 11, 2021 for the Reimplementation of
submitted every Sunday Morning Delinquency Report System. It was disseminated
to all unit. All Chief of Offices and Supervisor are
well informed about this matter.

Replication of Deliquency Report Forms were

distributed to all unit heads and supervisors.

This office will consolidate the DR reports from

Monday to Saturday that is readily available to be
submitted to higher headquarters every Sunday
morning.
