    2. Please be informed that on September 21, 2021 at about 1:00 AM, under the
    leadership of PCOL MAXIMO FRIAL SEBASTIAN Jr. and with supervision of PMAJ
    MARCIAL DJ PAGANAS, Chief ARMS/SHU, personnel of this office conducted
    distribution of health advisory flyers to different substations and instructed them
    distribute it to their respective AOR’s. Likewise, same Info Awareness Material was
    shared to the public on our official Social Media Account.

    6. Attached herewith the photos during the conduct of said activity.
