SUBJECT : Action Taken re Decision Point Reached During the

6th NIC Regular Meeting

DATE : July 19, 2022

1. Reference: Memorandum from PD Tarlac PPO dated July 18, 2022 with
same subject as above.

2. This pertains to the 6th National Intelligence Committee (NIC) Regular

Meeting held on June 8, 2022, presided by DG Alex Paul I Monteagudo, Chair NIC,
at the Conference Room, NIC Building, NICA Compound, V Luna Road, Quezon
City. The exercise of maximum tolerance and wearing of body-worn cameras
(BWCs) during mass actions were discussed in the said meeting.

3. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that at about

7:45 in the morning of this date, PLT RONNIE I DUEÑAS, DCOP, disseminated a
memo from the higher office that reminded all personnel to exercise maximum
tolerance and, as practicable, wear BWCs during security coverage of mass action in
the AOR.
