2 In connection with the above references, please be informed that PSSUPT JOSELITO T
ESQUIVEL JR, DDDO presided the conduct of the coordinating conference re: Creation
of PS14 together with the undersigned on, June 7, 2016, at QCPD Conference Room,
Camp Karingal, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City.
3 This conference was conducted to discuss the proposed construction of PS14 at the
vicinity of Ayala Land, located at North Avenue, Quezon City. In addition, the conference
delineates the importance of strong collaboration of the police and the community, in
maintaining the peace and order in Quezon City.
4 The activity started at around 11:30 oclock in the morning with an invocation by NUP
Carina Gatchalian, followed with welcome remarks delivered by the undersigned.
5 The conference proceeded with the presentation of PSINSP RODOLFO C MADRIAGA,
Dep. Chief DLD/Sub-TWG member on Creation of PS14 about the Layout plan of Model
Police Station.
6 The conference culminated at around 01:00 oclock in the afternoon.
