1. Reference: Memorandum from TCDS dated July 19, 2021 re TWG Virtual
Meeting of the HOR Committee on Housing and Urban Development on HBNs 151,
2924, 642, 4125, 4241, 6402, and 6542.

2. ICOW the above reference, please be informed that on July 21, 2021 at
1:00 PM, the undersigned together with PLTCOL AL F PAGLINAWAN (via Zoom)
attended the TWG on the HOR Committee on Housing and Urban Development on
HBNs 151, 2924, 642, 4125, 4241, 6402, and 6542 via Zoom platform held at DO
Conference Room, 3rd Floor, NHQ Bldg., Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.

3. Representative John Reynald M Tiangco, Chairperson, Committee on

Housing and Urban Development welcomed all the participants which includes
representatives from NHA, DHSUD, DPWH, CWC, DSWD, PCW, DOJ State
Council, CHR, CHUD, LCP, UPA, MMDA and CMSS. Followed by the discussion on
the specific provisions and sections of each House Bills, and the participants gave
their recommendations which was duly noted by the Committee Secretary.

4. Before the adjournment of the activity, Rep. Tiangco assured that all
comments and inputs will be incorporated to the proposed substitute House Bills and
the final draft will be send to the body for their final comment/s.

5. The activity ended at about 2:46 PM of the same day.
