CIPRIANO, Provincial Director, Isabela PPO. At about 8:00 in the morning of June 4,
2021, personnel of Naguilian Police Station under direct supervision of PMAJ
MERWIN T VILLANUEVA, Chief of Police participated the Simultaneous launching
of Project C.H.I.C.K.E.N. (Creating Homebase Initiative for the Community as Key to
their Essential Needs). This activity aims to help constituents particularly those less
fortunate and severely economically affected with COVID 19 Pandemic.
