2. This progress report pertains to the Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation conducted on

January 25, 2023 at about 12:53AM at the vicinity of Barangay Hall Purok 1 Barangay
Malinao, General Luna, Surigao del Norte, by General Luna MPS, led by PCAPT ALEX
A CELIZ, ACOP re Buy Bust/Entrapment Operation under pre-ops number PDEA RO
13 30003-012023-0366, that resulted in the arrest of drug personality identified as
Rocky Elmido Porta a.k.a “Rocky”, 34 years old, male, Filipino, married, construction
worker and a resident of Purok 2 Barangay Malinao, General Luna, Surigao del Norte.
Subject suspect is newly identified as Drug Pusher/User in Municipality of General
Luna, Surigao del Norte.

3. In connection with the above references, please be informed that the Dangerous
Drugs [Shabu] bought by the poseur-buyer from the suspect marked as “ESF1” has
yielded a net weight of 0.1680 gram. (Ref: Chemistry Report No. D-021-23-RFU13-
C).

4. The Dangerous Drugs [Shabu] seized from his possession and control marked
as “RG1-A” has yielded a net weight of 0.8271 gram of suspected cocaine resulted not
a cocaine, “RG-B” has yielded a net weight of 5.7181 gram, “RG-C” has yielded a net
weight of 0.0200 gram (Ref: Chemistry Report No. D-022-23-RFU13-C).

5. Qualitative examination conducted by the PNP Crime Laboratory Office, Surigao

City on specimens ESF1, RG1-A, RG-B, RG-C had yielded a total cumulative net
weight of 6.7332 all gave POSITIVE result to the presence of Methamphetamine
Hydrochloride. (Ref: Chemistry Report No. D-021-23-RFU13-C, Ref: Chemistry
Report No. D-022-23-RFU13-C)

6. The total estimated worth of dangerous drug seized from the suspect has the
SDP value amounted to Fourty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Five and Seventy
Six Centavos (₱45,785.76) @ 6800 per gram.
 7. The urine specimen of the suspect gave NEGATIVE result for the presence of
Methamphetamine, a dangerous drug. (Ref: Chemistry Report No. DT-016-23-
RFU13-C).

8. That on January 25, 2023 around 3:00pm, inquest case against the suspect has
been filed before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Surigao City duly received by Hon.
Glad D. Ompod-Gonzaga, Associate Provincial Prosecutor, as follow;

a. PP -vs- Rocky Elmido Porta a.k.a “Rocky”, for Viol of Sec.5 (Selling),
Sec. 11 (Possession of dangerous drugs) Art. 2 of RA 9165, under
NPS DOCKET XIII-06a-INQ-23A-013;
