SUBJECT : Spot Report re- Violation of RA 9165 Sec 11, 12, 15

1. Reference: Police Blotter Entry No 2023-11

2. This pertains to the arrest of Jay Ilano y Reyes @Jay 44 years old, born on July 6,
1980 in Rodriguez Rizal, single, tricycle driver, Roman Catholic, College undergraduate and a
resident of Blk 6, Lot 4 Forestry Ville, Brgy San Jose, Rodriguez Rizal for violation of RA 9165
sec 11,12, 15 (listed/user) while arresting citizens are Rodel Baustista y Barzo 32 years old
and a resident of Sitio Maislap, Brgy San Isidro, Rodriguez Rizal and Rogelio Arevalo y
Jasmin 58 years old and a resident of Blk 120, Lot 9, Phase 2, Southville 8B, Brgy San Isidro,
Rodriguez Rizal.

3. Facts of the Case:

Investigation disclosed that at about 1:00 PM of November 11, 2023 infront of
Montalban Cockpit Arena Riverside, Brgy San Jose, Rodriguez Rizal with Latitude of
14.723782, N and Longitude of 121.129869, while aforementioned citizens were roaming
caught in the act the suspect using suspected illegal drugs inside of tricycle with body number
ROTODA 0933. At this juncture, former effected the citizen arrest and recovered from
suspect’s possession one(1) piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
suspected SHABU (weighing more or less 0.05 grams with Standard Drug Price of Php
340.00) which marked with initial JIR1 11/11/23023, one (1) piece of aluminum improvised
tooter marked with initial JIR2 11/11/23023, one(1) piece of glass improvised burner marked
with initial JIR3 11/11/23023, cash money amounting Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 550.00)
marked with initial JIR4 11/11/23023. Arrested suspect and drug evidence recovered were
brought to Rizal PCLO for drug test and forensic examination respectively.
