Dear Sir:

During the 47th Regular Session of the 7th Sangguniang Panlungsod last
June 9, 2020, Resolution No. 06, Series of 2020 of Barangay Bantigue of this
City requesting your good office to assign or install a permanent Police
Detachment Center at the said Barangay purposely for its security
considering its strategic location and condition where the alleged communist
terrorist incidents are often sighted was referred to the committees on: 1)
Peace and Order and Public Safety and; 2) Barangay Affairs.

In this regard, upon the instance of the Hon. Rodolfo C. Abella, Chairperson
of the Committee on Peace and Order and Public Safety, this August Body is
respectfully endorsing the said matter for your appropriate and immediate
action, in aid of legislation.

Attached herewith is the copy of the said legislative measure.
