SUBJECT : ‘’Libreng Sakay’’ Program

DATE : September 13, 2023

1. References: Memo from DDDO, NPD dated March 30, 2021 with same
subject above.

2. In line of the scarcity of Public Utility Vehicles (PUVs) in Metro Manila, all
units/stations are advice to help the Community thru “Libreng Sakay” Program with
the use of your mobile patrol cars and further coordinate with your respective Local
Government Units (LGUs) if they can provide the same.

3.In this regard, please be informed that at about 1:20PM onwards this date,
personnel of this Sub-station under the supervision of the undersigned, conducted
Libreng Sakay to those stranded individuals within Malabon AOR.

4. Said operation ended without untoward incident happen. Attached are the
action photos during the said deployment.
