FACTS OF THE CASE:

On or about 4:00 pm of this date March 7, 2023 Queenie Capa, 21 years old, single,
of Zone-3 San Ramon, Tabaco City, Albay, called t this station and reported the Hacking Incident
happened, on or about 3:50 p.m. this date.

Entry Nr. 01-1137/ 7 March 23/ 4:10 PM: The team lead by Pcpl. Jaspher Gultea
together with his team proceeded to the said hacking incident. At Zone-3 San Ramon, Tabaco
City, Albay inside the compound of Estrella and Consorte Family arrested the suspect John
Kenneth Estrella, 30 years old, married. Who is under the influence of alcohol and used a bolo
to hacked the victims Jastin Marvin Consorte, 29 years old, single and Shane Lester Calimutan,
20 years old, single, of Zone- 3 San Ramon, Tabaco City, Albay, caused a serious physical injuries
to the victims. The thing used by the suspect is recovere and arrested the subject person were
apprised of his Constitutional Rights Stipulated in Marinda Doctrine of a Dialect known to him,
undergone medical check up at Ziga Memorial District Hospital(ZMDH), Albay and put under the
custody of this office proper disposition.
