FACTS OF THE CASE:

That on or about 6 o’clock in the evening of March 06, 2023, this office received a complaint
about a robbery incident in Zone 1, Fatima, Tabaco City. Initial investigation was conducted by PO2
Joshua Colongay, revealed that on the above-mentioned time, date and place, while Apprielle
Barrameda, 20 years old, single, a criminology student, residing at Fatima, Tabaco City together with
Robelhene Raagas, 21 years old, single, who’s also a criminology student, residing at the
aforementioned address, was walking along the road when an unidentified riding-in-tandem aboard a
Honda Beat 110, black, of unknown plate number suddenly stopped and pointed a gun to the victims,
forcing them to surrender their bags, cash, and cellphones. The suspects after taking the above-
mentioned properties, the unidentified suspect fled northward towards the jurisdiction, Fatima
thereafter. The investigation also revealed that the victims went to a bank before the incident
happened.

may serve.
