2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD-NCR), will

grant Sustainable Livelihood Program-Economic Relief Subsidy financial assistance
on September 19, 2023 at Malabon City Hall located at F. Sevilla Boulevard, Brgy San
Agustin, Malabon City.

3. In line with this, the following PNCO’s whose name listed below are
directed to render convoy and area security at exactly 8:00 AM September 19, 2023
from DSWD NCR 389 San Rafael St. Legarda Manila going to Malabon City Hall with
