2. In connection with the above references, please be informed

that on or about 08:00 AM of January 16, 2023, this Office conducted the
Company Advisory Group Meeting held at Pampanga 2nd PMFC Headquartes
Brgy. Panipuan, Mexico, Pampanga, presided by PMAJ SAN JUAN FELMAR
D AQUINO, Force Commander. Also present during the said meeting were
members of CAG represented by different sectors and members of TWG.
Said activity ended at about 9:30 am the same date with fruitful result.

minutes of the meeting.
