a. PNP ITP-Performance Governance System (PGS); and

b. PNP PATROL PLAN 2030.

2. In connection with the above references, please be informed that on June 17, 2023
at about 10:00 AM personnel of this headquarters composed of the members of the Technical
Working Group (TWG) led by the undersigned together with the TWG Members of this Office
conducted Monthly Meeting to discuss the upcoming Activities with regards to the election of
new Company Advisory Group (CAG) members. Said meeting ended around 11:00 AM of
same date with positive result.
