with subject same as above.

In connection with above reference please be informed that all the
Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) personnel of this office were made aware of how
the Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) policy works and can be used as an alternative to
Overtime Pay. It was further explained that any personnel who have rendered
overtime beyond the required 40hours per week may apply for CTO.
