c. Memorandum from DHRDD with subject: Telephone Etiquette dated

October 30,2020.l

2. This pertains to the courtesy to be followed when answering telephone calls.

2. In this regard, please be informed that at about 01:00 PM of May 19, 2021,
personnel of this company under the leadership of the undersigned
conducted Police Information continuing Education (PICE) on observance of
appropriate courtesy /etiquette when answering telephone calls among the
personnel of Pampanga 2nd PFMC held at Barangay Panipuan ,Mexico,
Pampanga.
