please take their respective seats. The 76 th Regular Session of the 7th City Council is about to commence, Hon.

Guda for violation of Section 5, Article II of RA No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous
Drug Act of 2002 by Hon. Socrates M. Tuason.

adoption of a proposed resolution approving the Annual Budget of Barangay Bagumbayan, City of Masbate.

purchase of basic necessities and prime commodities in the City of Masbate;
