SADEY, CONSISTING OF ONE (1) PARCEL OF LAND WITH AN
AREA OF EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FNE SQUARE METER
(896 SQ.M.) MORE OR LESS, TO SERVE AS ROAD LOT
COVERED BY TSC NO. 27569 LOCATED AT BARANGAY
BALUARTE, SANTIAGO CITY;

3. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR,

HONORABLE JOSEPH SALVADOR TAN, FOR AND IN BEHALF
OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF SANTIAGO, TO SIGN THE
ACCEPTANCE CLAUSE OF THE DEED OF DONATION FOR
THE PROJECT AFFECTED PERSONS (PAP.) OF I-BUILD
SUBPROJECTS UNDER THE PHILIPPINE RURAL
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (PROP) IN SANTIAGO CITY; AND

4. A RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MAYOR,
