1. References: a. RA 9211 (Anti-Smuggling Law); and

b. Section 1401 of RA 10863 known as the
“Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA)”

2. ICOW the above references, the undersigned respectfully turn over the
confiscated suspected smuggled item(s) hereunder described to your good office, to wit:

 Nineteen (19) Boxes of Suspected Smuggled Cigarettes with “D&B” Brand

Name (Each box containing of Fifty (50) rims and each rims containing of
Ten (10) packs of cigarettes “D&B” and a total of 950 rims and 9,500 packs
of “D&B” Class A Cigarettes respectively)
3. Attached herewith our Spot Report for your reference.

4. Further acknowledge receipt.
