MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Explanation re: Stabbing Incident

DATE : January 17, 2023

1. Reference: Sketchy Report from that Police Station dated January 16,
2023, with subject as above.

2. This pertains to the Stabbing incident transpired at about 11:00 AM of

January 16, 2023 in Turayong Cauayan City particularly in front of Cauayan City National
Highschool Main Campus.

3. In this regard, you are directed to submit to this Office (Attn: POMU)
through email: ippo.opns@gmail.com your written explanation together with the Beat
Patrollers and Pulis sa Barangay assigned in the area within 24 hours upon receipt
hereof why no disciplinary action shall be taken against you and your men for failure
to prevent occurrence said incident in the area.

4. Likewise, COP to indicate the following:

a. Action taken of the COP to the incident;
b. Brief description or analysis of the COP to the incident;
c. Disposition of COP to the explanation of Beat/Mobile Patrollers and
Pulis Sa Barangay;
d. Action taken of Beat/Mobile Patrollers and Pulis Sa Barangay to the
incident;
e. Why and how the incident happened despite there are detailed Beat
Patrollers in the area;
f. Interventions made by the COP so as not to commit similar incident;
and
g. Attach picture of Google Map with the names of detailed Beat/Mobile
Patrollers and indicate where the incident happened.
