SUBJECT : Intensifications of Security Measures against Threat Group’s

Plans, Sightings and Movements

1. Reference: Memorandum from C, ROD, PRO2 dated April 11, 2023 with same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the set of information on specific location nationwide where

Communist Terrorist Group and Local Terrorist Group personalities/members were
sighted and believed to conduct hostile activities such as bombings, ambuscades,
harassments, raids, attacks, burning, hold-up/robbery, extortion and liquidation targeting
government forces, government officials, vital installations, and other vulnerable targets
at any opportune time (see attached summary of information).

3. As of April 3, 2023 province of Rizal, Camarines Sur, Sorsogon, Iloilo, Samar,

Northern Samar, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon, Zamboanga Del Sur,
Lanao del Sur, Basilan and Maguindanao were classified as Threat Level 3.

4. In compliance with the above reference, submitted is the action taken of this
office in the guideline and directive of the Higher Headquarters particularly in the
intensification of security measures in order to avert any violent incidents that will be
perpetrated by the enemies. Likewise Intel Operatives of this office directed to intensify
Intel monitoring against threat groups in coordination to their respective BINs.

Personnel of Luna MPS led by PEMS Ernesto G Tabili, under the supervision of PMAJ
RANILO A BUMAGAT ,OIC, intensified the conduct of Stringent Anti – Criminality
checkpoint, I - Poste/Police Visibility/Foot Patrol and Mobile patrolling at Poblacion
Area, National Highway and to the adjacent barangays to include business
establishments, financial institutions and other places of convergence as part of
security measure of this office to defy the hostile plan of the lawless element within
AOR.
