I. RATIONALE STATEMENT

We, the Men and Women of EB Magalona Municipal Police Station join the quest for
administrative and operational excellence by attaining the PGS Initiation Stage in the
implementation of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. PLAN 2030, as enhance by CPNP’s Strategic Focus:
CODE-P:2013 and beyond.

This PNP STRATEGIC FOCUS TERMES AS “CODE-P:2013 and beyond”, towards the
realization of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, clearly defines the PNP’s direction-where we
are now, what resources we have, where we want to go and how will face the challenges
ahead.

This endeavor will brought our station a police station in the country through the
Performance Governance System (PGS) such as initiation, compliance proficiency and
institutional stages.

Furthermore, this station together with the Technical Working Group(TWG)


standstill and looking for realization of this program for the betterment of the entire PNP
organization with the support of the community and other stakeholders

II. SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS

Imploring the aid of the Almighty, by 2030, we shall be a highly capable, effective
and credible police service working in partnership with a responsive community towards the
attainment of a safer place to live, work and do business

III. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Improve coordination between the media and investigators in crime solution (S1-O3)
Engage the support of the LGU and stakeholder to developed more organized force

Engage the support of LGUs in the maintenance of PNP equipment and facility

Regular coordination and participation in JPSCC
Lobby greater fund from LGU for training of BPAT and force multiplier (S7-O6)

EB Magalona has four (4) infiltrated/influenced barangays these are located in far
flung areas. Presence of armed member of CPP/NPA is monitored in these barangays for the
last months. Their movements are an indications that there are still people in these
haciendas/barangays who are sympathizers and are giving supports to the group. However,
with continuous combat operations of the Philippine Army, particularly San Isidro
Detachment, RPSB18 and PPSC, NOCPPO the movement and activities of the group is limited
on mountainous area particularly in Brgy Canlusong. But given opportune time the group
will conduct atrocities especially to AFP PNP personnel and private individual who are
against their cause.

EB Magalona Police Station with the active support of the people in the community
will thwart any enemy plans that would destroy the peace and order of this municipality.
 
In general municipality of EB Magalona is a peaceful, safe place to live and do
business with a low crime rate and with no terroristic activities monitored/happened for the
period covered.
