SUBJECT : After Activity Report re Outreach Program: Distribution of

Hygiene Kits

2. This is in line with the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN program under

the Peace and Security Framework of the CPNP,
dubbed as Malasakit, Kaayusan at Kapayapaan
Tungo sa Kaunlaran (M+K+K=K), PNP PATROL
PLAN 2030 and BIDA. On May 3, 2023 at about
9:00 AM personnel of Police Station 2 led by PEMS
Allan M Aurelio, PCAD PNCO; a representative
from Alpha Rho Sigma Fraternity and Sorority
1965; with Pastor Jhim and Madelline Resurrection,
KASIMBAYANAN Adviser, with Puerto Princesa
City Solo Parent Act Federation visited Puerto
Princesa City Jail Female Dorm. This was in
colaboration with PPC Jail Female Dorm Officer In-Charge SJO3 Consuelo M Basaya.
During the visit, at about 10:00 AM the team distributed hygiene kits. A total of 50 packs
of hygiene kits were distributed to 29 female PDL. The purpose of the activity is to have
moral enhancement among the PDL and and to give them hope that despite what they
are currently facing, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. The activity ended
about 10:25 AM of the same date.
