2. This is in line with the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN program under

the Peace and Security Framework of the CPNP,
dubbed as Malasakit, Kaayusan at Kapayapaan
Tungo sa Kaunlaran (M+K+K=K), PNP PATROL
PLAN 2030 and BIDA. On May 2, 2023 at about
9:00 AM personnel of Police Station 2 led by PEMS
Allan M Aurelio, PCAD PNCO; a representative
from Alpha Rho Sigma Fraternity and Sorority 1965;
in coordination with Chaplain Virgilio D. Gozon,
KASIMBAYANAN Adviser visited Brgy. Sta. Lucia,
Puerto Princesa City. During the visit, at about
11:30 AM, PEMS Aurelio held a pulong-pulong to
20 participants composed of barangay officials led by Hon. David Balingit, Punong
Barangay, BNS/BHW, Barangay Tanods/BPATS and SK/KKDAT. The pulong-pulong
was about BPATs Training and KKDAt Night in the barangay. Preparations are being
set up to realized the plan taking into account the safety of the participants who will be
participating in the said event. The activity ended about 11:50 AM of the same date.
