SUBJECT : After Activity Report re: KASIMBAYANAN Tree Planting

d. PNP Master Plan Tagataguyod;

2. In line with the Revitalized PNP

KASIMBAYANAN program under the Peace and
Security Framework of the CPNP , dubbed as
Malasakit , Kaayusan at Kapayapaan Tungo sa
Kaunlaran (M+K+K+K=K).On May 18, 2023 at
about 7:00 AM personnel of Police Station 2 led by
PEMS Corazon I Genova,together with 20
members of KKDAT, 2 BPATS member and
Pastor Virgilio Gozon , KASIMBAYANAN adviser,
planted 200 seedlings of Narra tree and Ipil in
Barangay Montible, Puerto Princesa City. The
purpose of the said activity is to preserved the flora
and fauna in the said area because the roots of
trees hold the soil in place as it figths erosion that
causes landslide . It also helps recharge ground
water supply, prevents tyransport of chemical into
streams as well as prevents flooding . The activity
ended at about 11:00 AM on the same date.
