2. In connection with the above reference, submitted to that office is the

after-Activity Report on Crime Prevention and Sport Competition Component
complied by personnel of this company under the supervision of our PMAJ
RHONNIE R ARIOLA OIC, Rizal PMFC.

3. Personnel are aware that exercise can prevent or even reverse the effects
of certain health problems like heart diseases and diabetes. This program is
continuously performed by this company on scheduled basis to be physically fit and
mentally alert. For information.

PHOTOS SHOW: On October 19, 2023, at about 8:00 AM, personnel of Rizal PMFC,
under direct supervision of PMAJ RHONNIE R ARIOLA, OIC Rizal PMFC,
conducted Crime Prevention and Sports Competition Challenge at 1st Platoon,
Brgy. Dolores, Taytay, Rizal. Activity ended with a fruitful result and no untoward
incident encountered.
