\\'e have pai'ticipated in the subject llid and understand that you have disqualified
us fol the comments stating that:

''Due to Non Submission of essential Bid doc(s) i.e. lab test of RITES & l0 %
PP of Similar Product".

\\-e had apploached RITES for testing and received the mail stating that "Testing

\^\BL Scope." Please find attached mail received from RITES for your ready
teference.

\\ e s ould like to bring to your notice that the governing specifications for the store
rlr'.'prepat'cd b1' NITRA. MSME and NITRA are doing PRE-INSPECTION regularly.
\\-t' don't understand how RITtrS can provide test reports and conduct PDI if they
don't har-e a facility or NABL accreditation.

The ploduct has been developed by us and we have supplied more than 1.25 Lacs
bottles of the same specification to CISF, SSB, CRPF and recently to BSF,
Gandhinagar after getting done PDI from NITRA and MSME. We have also
strbmitted the Inspection Report of NITRA and MSMtr with the bid document. If
r:equiled, lve can submit the same again.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and qualify us technically as we are
the genuine regular supplier of the store Plastic Bottles Water Bottle with Carry bag
and also get the verification of the report submitted by other firm as RITES has
refused to do testing on the subject store.
