SECTION-II
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT:
I. 80% advance at the time of purchase order.
II. 15 % after delivery at the site of the above mentioned address.
III. 05 % upon presentation of satisfactory installation & commissioning installation performance
certificate after installation.

PENALTY:
In case of delay in commissioning due to reasons Sage Engineering Company, will pay the @
1 % cost of the entire order or such items as remains unsupplied for every day up to maximum of 5 %
for 7 days exceeding the delivery period. If the material is not supplied even after paying a penalty for
10 consecutive days, the end-user reserves the right to cancel the supply order & to obtain the required
items elsewhere at your risk and cost.

DELIVERY:
01-02 weeks from the date of official order confirmation at the sites of above mentioned address.

VALIDITY:
Validity of this quotation is 30 days from the above mentioned date.

INCLUSIONS:
The plant would include the following systems explained in:
➢ The plant’s Hardware as indicated in Section-I
➢ Supervision of installation & commissioning of the plant.
➢ Remedy of any defects as per warranty clause of the manufacturers.
➢ We will be train 04 officials for operation & maintenance during installation & commissioning of the
plant.

EXCLUSIONS:
➢ Hydraulic and Electrical connections out of the scope.
➢ We required the electric connection of 03-Phase with Neutral & Earth Line.
➢ We required water connection of 1¼" G-I pipeline with ball valve.
➢ Any item or service not specified included in our offer.
➢ Building works out of the scope.

GUARANTEE / WARRANTY:
The system is guaranteed / warranties to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of 12 months. If there is a fault owing to mishandling, we could repair it for you, but have to charge. If a plant
has been tempered or repaired by unauthorized persons we will not be responsible and the guarantee will be null
or void. Also keep in mind that electrical parts will not be under guarantee.

BACKUP SERVICES:
Sage Engineering Company, will also provide free of cost backup services as per guaranteed /
warranty.
