Dear Sir, Thank you for inviting us for the above mentioned project. Based on site visit and information furnished by ZCC, please find our best proposal as follows. PROJECT VALUE Option-1 ( Without Crane) Lump Sum Price for the installation of 02 ea PACU as per the scope of work mentioned below is SR. (Saudi Riyal. ) Option-2 ( With Crane) Lump Sum Price for the installation of 02 ea PACU as per the scope of work mentioned below is SR. (Saudi Riyal.) SCOPE OF WORK 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Dismantling of 02 ea PACUs and dispose the units within the villa premises. Installation of 02 ea ACUs of Model-PY090. Modification of steel base frame to suit the installatation of new PACUs. Modification of duct work at the machine end to connect to the exisitng duct work.Fabrication and supply of duct will be done by Supply and installation of 1 thick fibreglass insulation and weather proof by canvass cloth and foster. Installation of 02 ea disconnect switches. Hook up existing power cables to units and disconnect switches. Provide PVC drain line and connect to the exsitng drain line.

EXCLUSIONS AND CLARIFICATION: 1. Electrical work is limited to installation of 02 ea Disconnect switches and hook up electrical connections. Existng power cable will be used for hook up. 2. All type of civil works like water proofing/painting etc are excluded from our offer. 3. Both the units will be dismantled and installed at the same time. 4. Delivery of the equipment at the site will be done by others. 5. has to conform whether crane has to be provided by us or not. 6. Start up and commissioning will be under. 7. Anything not specifically mentioned / said can be considered as excluded from the offer / scope of work. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Validity: This offer valid for thirty days (30) from the quote date. Mobilization : 03 days from the date of confirmed P.O Installation : 04 days from the equipment at site. Payment Terms: 25% down payment along with P.O balance after completion of the project.
