2. Solar Demand Note as security- 100/KW for Domestic & 200/KW for Non-Domestic.
3. Solar and Net Meter testing Fee- Rs 500 to Rs 1000 depends on Discom office.
4. Installation of Meters charges- Rs 500 to Rs 1000

Terms & Condition

Customer has to apply for net metering from National rooftop portal or provide us the ID and
Password for the application.
1. These above taxes are applicable on turnkey project with Installation and commissioning of
plant. Transport and octroi included in this Price.
2. Equipment other than solar Plant like- Client LT panel, Switch Yard, Transformer, Transmission
line, would be in scope of customer.
3. Completion of Project will be in 6 weeks after the advance receipt however if any force majeure
then delay will justified accordingly.

Warranty & Insurance –

Warranty of the components which are used in the entire plant has their limitations from their
manufacturers so we are briefing you the warranty clauses of the manufacturers as follows-
1. Solar PV Module- the Manufacturer has given two types of warranty; one is manufacturer warranty
and second is Performance warranty. Manufacturing warranty- 10 Years (defects like, Yellow Spot, Cell
crack, deodorize Bus Bar, snail trail on cell etc.) Performance Warranty-25 Years (Degradation of 0.65%
every year in modules resultant 80% performance on 25th Year.)
2. Inverter- the Inverter Manufacturer is giving warranty of 5 Years on String Inverters and 12 Years on
Optimizer technology. Warranty is subjected to protection with Surge, reverse Current, Earth fault and
short circuit. This kind of protection increases the life of inverter and smooth claiming of warranty also.
3. Meters- The manufacturer is giving one year warranty on Meters.
4. Electrical Equipment- There is only one year warranty on circuit breakers, SPD, and Fuses but these all
are subjected to tripping activity. Hence if there is manufacturing fault identified then manufacturer will
change accordingly otherwise, they rejected due to burnt.
5. Warranty will not be considered in any tempering and misuse of equipment.
6. Insurance- Some of Insurance Company Are doing insurance on entire plant. They are doing insurance
of Fire, Burglary, Natural calamity, theft etc. Premium of Insurance depends on the risk coverage.
Other Terms & Conditions
1. Exclusion- Geo Technical Survey, Cleaning of Panels, Supply of Transformer and associated equipment
related to step up of Evacuation Voltage, civil work beyond panel mounting requirement, any type of
automatic cleaning requirements of panels, any testing requirement other than agreed in advance and
other item not specially mention in the proposal.
2. Technical Deviations- We shall at its liberty be allowed to make changes to the following based on
detailed engineering
• Location and size of array/Tables on roof Modification of BOM to comply with site
requirement. All deviation shall be duly notified to the client by email and written
format before proceeding to incorporate the changes.
3. Security of the Solar Plant- we shall not be liable for any tempering with the solar plant components
whether accidental or intentional. Generation shall be de-rated for the corresponding duration such
an act leads to the disruption in the solar power plant generation
4. The owner should provide the electricity and water to carry out the construction of plant.
5. Storage- Covered store with locking facility shall be provided for keeps tools and equipment safe
during the construction.
6. Termination- This Purchase order cannot be terminated or modified by the customer under the
circumstances without the EPC contractor recover all the damages he has.
7. Force Majeure- A Force majeure shall mean any event or circumstance which is unforeseeable,
insurmountable and outside the control of the party which invokes it, to the extent it directly prevents
that party from performing any of its obligations under the contract and is due exclusively to natural
clauses of an extra ordinary nature which have been officially declared by local authorities as natural
catastrophe/war between souvenir power/ insurrection; military actions; incendiaries; catastrophic
fire; earthquake/explosion; or embargo( occurring after the effective date ), National Strikes
8. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction- Regardless of the place of contracting place of performance or
otherwise, all questions, disputes, or difference arising under, out for in connection with the orders shall
be settled in accordance with the laws in India (both procedural& substantive) as amended from time to
time, being in force and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur
9. Confidential Information- The EPC contractor and owner shall keep the information confidential
regarding the PO and all related documents
