SUB : Quotation for AC Work – Mr Mohammad Mouaid Sami , G+1 Villa

We are thankful to your inquiry Dated 24th July 2019 for the above mentioned subject. We are pleased
to enclose here with our offer Ref. AQTS/Q/1209 –rev-03 for your immediate and kind consideration.

Total Price for the Installation of AC Units as per given mentioned Scope AED 60,000
In words Sixty Thousand Dirham Only.

Note : Above mentioned price is excluded to VAT -5%

Scope of Work:

1. Installation of AC Units as per approved shop drawings and below schedule.

2. Supply and installation of insulated copper pipe for the Ac units.
3. Control wiring units and from the units to the thermostats.
4. PVC drains piping up to drain points provided by others, not more than 3 meters.
5. Thermostat: Fixing of standard thermostats. One thermostat for each unit.
6. Power wiring from the isolator (by others) to the units, located not more than one meter.
7. Supply and Installation of Exhaust Fan Bathroom Areas.
8. Supply and Installation of Kitchen Hood, Fan and Duct. (Galvanized Duct).
9. Testing: Vacuum & dehydration, leak test and first charge of refrigerant & oil.
10. Commissioning: Start up of the units.

Ac Duct work:

1. Supply and Installation of Phenolic pre insulated duct 20mm thickness for the AC and
bathroom exhaust fans inside villa.
2. Supply and installation of G.I ducting (0.7mm, Gauge 22) for kitchen hood, kitchen Exhaust
and Shaft Area.

 3. Acoustic lining for all ducts minimum 2-3 meters from each AC unit outlets with 1” thick 32
kg/m3 sound liner.
4. Supply and Installation of VCD , plenums and flexibes.
5. Grilles /diffusers: Powder coated aluminum bar / side grills and linear diffusers as per the
drawings. Standard color – white / off white RAL 9010 / 9016.

Exclusion:

1. Any AC Supply.
2. Any kind of masonry, civil, carpentry and water proofing work.
3. Electrical works/fittings including supply of recommended isolators for AC units.
4. Power and isolator will be provided by client near the outdoor unit.
5. Any cable work from DB to the units.
6. Any kind of replacement/ relocation of unit after installation.
7. Any kind of conduits/sleeves/trucking, any kind of openings/closings/cutting/coring.

Facilities to be provided free of cost at site:

1. Floating foundation & foundations for all equipments & pedestals.

2. Protected & covered storage facility at the site & site office.
3. Water & power for erections, testing & commissioning of the system.
4. Permission & facilities to work 24hrs a day in the site.
5. All MDB, final DB's, UV relay's & power factor correction capacitor.
6. Clear Access to all areas for installation of equipments.

Payment terms:

- 20% Advance Payment against order confirmation.

- 20% on delivery of AC materials at site.
- 15% on completion of duct installation.
- 20% on completion of piping works.
- 15% on installation of grills and diffusers.
- 10% on testing and commissioning.

Validity: 15 Working Days.
