1.2. Sheet Metal

The sheet metal which will use at the producing tank will be suitable properties of EN 10028-3
standart, in P355 quality and EN10204 according 3.1. conformity certificate.

1.3. Welding & Workmanship

First class workmanship.All welding will weld from professional worker with submerged arc welding
and the place of need arc welding will welded full penetration.The radyographic control will be at the
design of welding seams code.

1.4. Heat Treatment

Cold formed eliptical tank dome will be tensile test at the condition of AD2000 code.

1.5. Cleaning and Dying

The outer surface of tank will sand, 3 layer coal tar epoxy will apply to the surface. The average
thickness of dying will be 150 – 180 micron.
1.6. Control ( Examination and Experiment )

At the last of manufacturing the declaration and how-to-do-it book will delivered.

1.7. Nozzle

Nozzle pipes will be manufactured appropriate the ANSI B 16-5 Class300. All flanges and
plumbing equipments will be used with certificates. Withdrawal and chemical analysis of flange
materials will be taken from the manufacturing company.

1.8. Checking List

- Hydrostatic Test Report and Certificate
- Visual and dimensional control report

Welder documents, WPS-PQR reports, radiographic film reports, and hydrostatic tests are
complience will be done under the supervision which is an international company.

Payment Term: Half of the order amount will be paid in cash in advance, while the balance will be
paid in cash when the product is ready for shipment.

Warranty: Products manufactured by YILTEKS are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of invoice
against manufacturing and workmal errors. Accessories which will be used on the tank not made of
YILTEKS, supplier/producers warranty terms will be valid. Problems caused by user errors are not
covered by the warranty.
